Terms of service

The Service lets you connect messaging channels (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram Direct, Messenger, website chat), configure an AI assistant with your own knowledge and rules, and hand conversations to your team or your CRM. We provide it on a subscription basis, as described on our pricing page.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for everything done under your credentials.
• You must be authorised to connect the phone numbers, pages, bots and CRM accounts you connect.
• Workspace owners control who else has access and at what role; you should remove access promptly when someone leaves.

• Prices are stated in USD, exclusive of any local taxes, duties or bank charges.
• Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• Annual subscriptions are paid up front at a 20% discount and run to the end of the term.
• Trials are provided as-is and may be limited in volume or features. We may end a trial that is used to abuse the Service.
• One-time setup services are quoted separately and invoiced before work begins.
• Conversation limits are stated per plan. Sustained overage is handled by agreement — an upgrade or an overage rate — never by silently cutting off your customers.

You may not use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk messages, or otherwise breach the terms of Meta, Telegram or any connected platform.
• Impersonate another business or person, or misrepresent the assistant as a human when a customer asks directly.
• Process special categories of personal data (health, biometric, financial account credentials) without a separate written agreement.
• Provide regulated advice — medical, legal or financial — through the assistant without appropriate qualification and disclaimers.
• Attempt to access another workspace’s data, probe our infrastructure, or circumvent rate limits.

Platform rules change; where Meta or Telegram suspends a number, page or bot for reasons outside our control, the Service cannot deliver messages on that channel and no refund is due for that period.

The assistant generates answers from your knowledge base and rules. It can still be wrong, incomplete or outdated. You are responsible for the content it produces on your behalf, for reviewing its configuration, and for any commitment (price, delivery date, availability) a customer relies on. We recommend keeping human approval in the loop for anything contractual.

Your knowledge base, conversations and configuration remain yours. We process them only to run the Service, as set out in our privacy policy. You can export them, and we delete them on request or within 30 days of workspace deletion.

We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee an uptime figure except where an SLA is agreed in writing on an Enterprise plan. Planned maintenance is announced in advance where practical. Support channels and response targets follow your plan.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the event. We are not liable for lost profit, lost business or indirect damage. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend a workspace for non-payment after notice, or immediately for a breach of the acceptable-use section or a threat to the platform’s security. On termination we keep your data available for export for 30 days, then delete it.

We may update these terms; material changes are notified to workspace owners at least 14 days in advance, and continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
